RETURNS & WARRANTY:

All our Airsoft Guns are backed by a minimum 30 Day Manufacturer's Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty information is stated within each listing in our product catalog. If you receive a defective gun, notify us within 48 hours and we will have UPS pick the gun up and send you a replacement at no charge once the original arrives back at our facility. Guns must be in original package, and all original contents must be present. The gun must be unaltered and orange tip must be still be attached to the gun. No modifications or upgrades.

Please do not disassemble or try to repair your gun. This will void the manufacturers warranty. All airsoft guns are sold with a permanent orange tip according to Federal Regulations in order to distinguish the airsoft guns from real firearms. It is Unlawful to remove or alter this component of the device. Any alterations made to the guns will void the manufacturer's warranty.
